This notice explains how Light Leadership uses the information you give us when you take the Light Leadership Assessment.

What we collect

• Your first name and email address.
• Your answers to the 48 assessment statements, and the scores calculated from them.
• Whether you agreed to receive occasional insights and invitations from us.

Why we use it

• To produce your personal results and give you a private link to them. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the assessment.
• To send you occasional insights and invitations, only if you ticked the box to agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand, in aggregate, how leaders score, so we can improve the assessment. We rely on our legitimate interest in improving our services.

Who processes it for us

Your information is stored with Supabase (database hosting, [region]) and the site is hosted by Vercel. [If enabled: results emails are sent through Resend.] These providers act on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

We keep your answers and results for [24 months] after you take the assessment, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing [email address]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Your results link

Your results are available at a private link that only you receive. Anyone with the link can view the results, so share it only with people you choose.
